Situation

Melissa runs a traditional acupuncture clinic in Surrey. She already had a website, but it didn't reflect the calm, professional care she gives, so she didn't feel confident sending people to it.

Task

Create a website that builds trust from the first visit, explains her treatments clearly and makes it easy for people to get in touch.

Action

• Designed a calm, brand-led website with her own logo, colours and photography.
• Wrote clear sections explaining acupuncture, Gua Sha and what to expect at a first appointment.
• Added an About page highlighting her training and qualifications to build trust.
• Built a simple enquiry form that asks the right questions up front, plus links to her Facebook and Instagram.
