By using the Wekreate website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Booking a call
When you book a 20-minute call we'll collect the details you submit (name, email, optional phone and business name) so we can confirm and follow up. The call is free and there's no obligation to buy anything.
3. Our services
Pricing shown on this site (e.g. "from £299") is a starting point. Final pricing is confirmed in writing in your proposal before any work begins.
4. Content & intellectual property
The Wekreate name, logo and content on this site belong to us. Anything we build for you (your website, copy, set-ups) belongs to you once paid for in full.
5. Liability
We do our best to make the site accurate and useful, but we don't guarantee specific business results. Our total liability for anything related to this site or the free call is limited to £100. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or anything that can't be limited by law.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives at this URL.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
